Why Jesper started Grow Your Ads
Jesper has worked at several larger agencies, including as COO. Along the way, he learned that the best results come from working closely with each client.
What he values most is a good working relationship: knowing the business, being easy to reach, and caring about the results as much as the owner does.

Who we are
Grow Your Ads is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies to people in the EU and EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
- Contact form: first name, phone number, email, website, what your business does and anything you write in the message field.
- Email and calls: what you share with us when you contact us directly.
- Website use: technical data such as IP address, browser, device and pages visited, collected through cookies if you accept them.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To reply to your enquiry and book a call. Basis: steps taken at your request before a possible agreement.
- To deliver our services to clients. Basis: performance of a contract.
- To measure and improve our own advertising and website. Basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations. Basis: legal obligation.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, such as email, hosting, CRM and advertising platforms (Meta and Google). They process data on our behalf and under agreements that protect it.
Some of these providers are based outside Georgia and the EU, for example in the United States. Where data is transferred, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an agreement are deleted within 12 months. Client data is kept for as long as we work together and afterwards for as long as accounting rules require. Cookie data is kept for the periods listed in the cookie policy below.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to info@growyourads.com and we will reply within 30 days.
You can also complain to the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia, or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live.
Cookie policy
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use them to make the website work and, if you agree, to measure visits and the results of our advertising.

- Necessary: make the site work and remember your cookie choice. These do not require consent.
- Statistics: show us how the site is used, so we can improve it. Only set with your consent.
- Marketing: Meta Pixel and Google Ads tags, which measure whether our ads lead to enquiries and let us show ads to people who have visited the site. Only set with your consent.
